Shadows of a Great Machine is a first-person narrative, atmospheric experience of the American west. You start as a free man swept up into the world of slavery in the 1850’s. In this game, the only ways out are words and music. But the stories you hear and the songs you sing are not merely historical anecdotes. The game is set in the American west and the characters in the game are, well, American characters. This music will make you weep, and will move you to become the kind of person who does something about it.

There are some tracks missing from it, and I wanted to see if I could get permission to include them in the digital release. You know, I’m a little confused as to what all this bs is supposed to be about. I’ve read it once before, and I got the gist, but I can’t quite remember what it was supposed to be about. Now, however, I know *exactly* why this game exists.Why does this game exist? Because the designers must like the music. Hahaha.

- is a computer and mobile video game developed by Psygnosis which originally released in 2001. It was released on the Nintendo GameCube, Sony PlayStation 2 and Windows. On November 9, 2006, the game was re-released for the Xbox Live Arcade as a downloadable Xbox only title. Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, which purchased Psygnosis in November 2005, has released the game for Microsoft Windows Phone 7, with plans for the game to be ported to other mobile operating systems. It also features a card-based trading system, which is a mechanic to buy and sell equipment. Psygnosis developed a sequel for the game, which was titled Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex, and was released on Nintendo’s Wii and PlayStation 3 video game systems in November 2008.

The video game is an „accelerated platformer”, and is set in the Devil’s Trenches. It follows the character Crash Bandicoot who bears as his trademark the disappearance of his tail due to its being taken from him by Dr. Cortex. Crash Bandicoot’s goal is to rescue the character Coco, daughter of the President.
The game is set in the Devil’s Trenches on Jellyfish Island, which houses a large number of temples or „cradlestones”, that is where all the main characters, including Crash Bandicoot, live. Together with the appearance of Crash Bandicoot, the lead character in the game, the idea of Jellyfish Island is actually to explain the history of the character, as well as providing an introduction for the general public, who are used to the spiky-headed yellow puppy instead of Crash to figure out what is going on. This sets up the storyline of the other two games, recalling the „the first of many”.
The gameplay uses 3D elements in the brick surface in order to reflect the architectural style on the game. The game contains quests and a huge number of hidden and secret items. The game is complete with voice-overs and a storyline. In the „quickplay” mode, the player is challenged to finish the game within a given number of minutes with an unlimited supply of lives. When playing the „endless” mode, the difficulty level progressively increases, requiring the player to accomplish quests in order to progress onward.

The Ancients are considered the residents of the worlds that the heroes explore. They stand at the pinnacle of the elemental planes, for they can summon powerful powers and wards with their spells.
The Sons of Core are the fire elementals of legend. They are a relatively new faction, and their powerful cards are still evolving.
